+ Who is Let's Start Pilates for?

It is for every BODY, for all shapes, sizes and levels. Whether you’re new to Pilates or you’re already a Pilates lover, Let’s Start Pilates is for you!

+ Do I need equipment to do the workouts?

All of the exercises are designed to use your own body weight, so no equipment is required. However, you can use small props to intensify your workouts. But of course, it’s completely optional.

+ I am new to Pilates. Where should I begin?

Our Pilates Fundamentals Program is the best place to get started. It will help you learn the principles and have the correct form and technique to get the most out of your workouts. You can also get started with the Beginner Friendly section in the membership to familiarize yourself with the fundamentals.

+ How long are the workouts?

The workout videos range from 10 to 30 minutes. You can easily fit them into your schedule on their own when you’re short on time or combine with my other videos for a longer workout.

+ Does Pilates help with flexibility?

Yes! With Pilates, you will improve your flexibility and strength in the most balanced way. (You don't have to be flexible to start Pilates.)

+ What kind of results can I expect from your workouts?

Pilates is one of the most effective and transformative exercise methods and could change your body and life forever. Just as it did mine and millions of other people around the world. With consistent practice, you can expect: improved strength and flexibility, stronger core, more toned and longer physique, improved posture, reduced anxiety and better mental health, feeling more comfortable and confident in your body.

That’s totally up to you! Let's Start Pilates for Beginners is a completely self-paced program. You decide when you start and finish – in the amount of time that feels right for you.
